Steve has a background in Engineering and Design and recruitment since 1997. He did Apprentice Training including ECITB Courses, Welding, Electronics, Electrical and Mechanical, then 2D/ 3D Cad Design before his career in Technical, Executive and Specialist Recruitment

Steve has completed an MBa, DMS and HNC in Business (in his own time) whilst progressing to Director level in Technical Recruitment, before starting own Recruitment Consultancy in 2009.

Although Born in Surrey, He has lived in Devon, Leicester, Portsmouth, Cardiff, Isle of Wight.., then Staines Upon Thames and Windsor, before moving to Swansea.  English Body and Welsh Blood he has a caring attitude and a business determination, whilst recruiting all across the UK.

He has recruited in the specialist Fire and Security Industry since 2001, and compiled over 16000 records to help network and find Great people for Great companies in Roles that match..

He is inventive, upbeat, and hardworking supplying Management, Design, Sales, Projects and Engineering staff whilst advising employers and candidates and especially adapt at cultural FIT, Branding and Marketing he sees behind the Job Titles and provides solutions other may not see.

He enjoys Cars, Technology, the Gym, Running, Business, Books, Sci-Fi, Films, Family Time, walking Dog Barnaby, Living in Wales, being Anglo Welsh and working with people who care.
