Whether you are a candidate or a client, we apply a three-step approach (FIT) to understand what you are looking for and to provide the best possible service. We work with a range of Fire & Security companies across the UK. Whilst each company is different, all are accredited and care about their staff.

We work differently from recruitment agencies in that we offer a more relationship-based service. We work hard to really understand our potential candidates and the vacancies we are filling. The end result is perfectly matched candidates and roles.
Fire and Security Careers does this by getting to know our clients and exactly what they are looking for in new employees. Similarly, we are able to provide a full and accurate picture of what it is like for staff working for the client, from employee benefits to the types of projects they are involved in.
